Egg Products

Eggs are one of the most nutritious natural foods available. They are well regarded as a high quality protein source, supplying all 9 essential amino acids for humans.  They also provide many vitamins and minerals, including retinol (vitamin A), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid (vitamin B9), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, choline, iron, calcium, phosphorus and potassium. The egg is also one of the few foods which naturally contains vitamin D.  Eggs are also considered relatively low in calories, with 50g of liquid whole egg typically containing less than 70kcal.
