Quality Assurance & Product Testing

All our egg products undergo meticulous chemical, physical & microbiological testing in modern, fully accredited laboratories. This provides assurances that products will conform to the highest standards of quality and food safety, and also helps demonstrate that all specifications and applicable legislations are fully complied with.

As well as carrying out routine microbiological testing (including testing for pathogens), the modern onsite lab at our Dutch liquid egg processing site is also equipped to carry out many other appropriate analyses for egg products; including testing for specific organic acids, salt levels, cholesterol etc.

Convenient, fully accredited external laboratories are also used where additional routine monitoring is required, for example for veterinary medicine residues, dioxins or heavy metals.

A full Certificate of Analysis for any egg product is usually available once all testing is complete.
