Quality Assurance

All our egg processing sites are equipped with onsite facilities which enable them to carry out analytical testing appropriate to the products being made; such as salt levels, gel strength, Ph & moisture content.  Microbiological testing is usually done off site at ISO17025 accredited laboratories, to ensure all results are independent and accurate.

Convenient, fully accredited external laboratories are also used where additional routine monitoring is required, for example for veterinary medicine residues, dioxins or heavy metals.

A full Certificate of Analysis for any egg product is usually available once all testing is complete.
